Homeschool students of high school age are welcome to enroll part-time in LCA’s classes to take advantage of LCA’s extraordinary academic environment. Homeschooling students of younger ages are not able to enroll due to a lack of space, but all clubs and extracurricular activities (except sports per KHSAA standards) at LCA are open to homeschooling students of any age as space allows. To ask about clubs, email office@louisvilleclassicalacademy.org.

Each course meets daily for fifty minutes except for the Humanities course, which is a dual-credit course and meets for 110 minutes, and the Arts course, which meets four times per week for fifty minutes.

Pricing scales with the number of courses enrolled in; you may access the table of prices here.

The fee structure is the same for all families: there is a $50 application fee and a 5% deposit at signing that goes toward tuition. If you pay monthly, there is an additional $55 administrative fee. Books are included with the price of tuition.

Latin and mathematics are sectioned by level, so placement in those courses is determined by the admissions exam. Financial aid is not available for part-time students.

Louisville Classical Academy is nonpartisan and secular, open to students of all faiths and beliefs. An introduction to its curriculum can be accessed here, and we encourage you to read more about the program here and sign up for a tour here. We strongly believe in sharing our practices with everyone, so we are always happy to discuss our curriculum, policies, and culture further. The tour is the best place to receive answers to those questions.
